Doodles

Well, I just made this page of doodles (below) for my blog background, but it looked too messy.  So here it is in post form.  Click to enlarge.
And to finish it off, some other random doodles from various times.

A Few People... Caricatured!

I love to do caricatures - and if I do it from memory I have to simplify and push exaggeration.  Here's one of my face:

Next is a pencil sketch of Ingrid Bergman, of Casablanca fame.

Here are a couple drawings of a coworker - from where I have interned with a few times now.

And now a VERY exaggerated caricature of a professor of mine.

Lastly, some sticky notes.  My dentist, a doodle of noone in particular, cartoony man designs, and a man with a very interesting life story, clockwise from top left.
Thank you for visiting!

Any Remaining Christmas Spirit? This Will Help!

Here's an awful cheery Christmas comic!  Click to enlarge.

Henry the Manic Robot

Meet Henry. He is a robot programmed with human emotion - perhaps too much.

I keep Scribner and Milt Gross in mind whilst I draw him, they are both excellent at drawing wacky, fluid, and cute drawings.

Hooray for Ponies!

I've been enjoying the show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic for a while, and I decided to post some pony pics.
There was a BroNYCon recently, and bronies' devotion to the show continues.
Some people are getting way too excited - something of a pony religion.  Therefore many people on the internet must also hate it.  I decided to just like it - even though it is one of only a few television shows I will watch - it's entertaining and lighthearted, so why not?

Also, it was created by Lauren Faust, from the people who brought you Powerpuff Girls.
Here's some off model Applejacks, Fluttershys, Pinkie Pies, and Rainbow Dashes.  Not to mention Twilight Sparkle (as well as Meowth and some Looney Tunes characters).
One person who caught my eye in looking up show clips is Max Gilardi, who has made some fan animations - but his APPLE.MOV and DRESS.MOV (and soon, SHED.MOV) is for adults only.  Not for children!!!
Applejack and Twilight Sparkle are probably my favorites to draw.
Here is Max Gilardi's Fan animation below, if you're interested (NSFW):
